Driver behavior

On 19th of September 2018 2:26pm at the bus stop of Buona Vista Mrt station exit D, a lady and I ran to the bus stop waving to the driver of Bus 196. But the driver just pretended not seeing us and moved bus away from stop. Similar incidences happen very often. Either happened to me or I saw how people ran and being neglected by drivers purposely. I always wonder why drivers are not trained to observe carefully before they move heir vehicle or these are just some individual cases of rude behavior.
