Dear Sir,
I purchased Buckaroo Shoe from CENTRAL MALL VASHI, Navi mumbai on 18-01-2012 and my trans. No. 21634 for Rs. 2295/-.
Within 08 days this shoe start detaching from base (soul start removing) and this left shoe is also not comfort feel. I asked to CENTRAL for replacement and they promise me to replace this shoe within week so I returned this shoe to CENTRAL SHOPE VASHI on 30-01-2012. But now they refuse me to replace it and delaying to returned back shoe.
As Buckaroo is very good brand but i personally very upset regarding performance of this shoe.
You are requested to look the matter and help me. thank you.
