Kanavich's misconduct, mal-use of her position, dishonesty, dirty conspiracy with E. Sally Rogers and Zlatka Russinova

Detective Billie Jean Kanavich from Boston University Police Department is a dishonest criminal (conspiracy) officer whose badge needs to be publicly confiscated for her malpractice, mal-use of her position, and cooperation in dirty and mean CONSPIRACY with the two criminals E. Sally Rogers and Zlatka Russinova from the BU Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation.

In June 2010, detective Kanavich was involved in a dirty conspiracy with E. Sally Rogers and Zlatka Russinova. They created a fake case through a dirty hoax, documents falsifications, false-scenario, and false accusation against their former postdoc who was no longer with BU after she had finished the program and had left to another state. This postdoc's honest conducts and accurate reports of the research expenditures had automatically revealed the everlasting falsehood and embezzlement of BU funds and NIDRR funds by Sally Rogers and Zlatka Russinova who do not conduct any serious research. When their true face was revealed in the campus, Sally Rogers and Zlatka Russinova vowed a terrible REVENGE. They created a false case of "email harassment" (having these fake emails created in advance), asked a few staff members to aid them with false complaints, and asked detective Kanavich to help them out to overcome their RIDICULE in campus by slandering their former postdoc with a fake case. When their postdoc, already in a different state, learned about that process, she paid and requested Billie Kanavich to mail her all the police reports and the reported "fake emails." Billie Kanavich took the money and refused to mail any information about that case to the person against whom the case was, thus violating the accused peron's right for information pursuant the FOIA. When the postdoc insisted about the copy of police report, after two month Billie Kanavich called her and emailed her negotiating to forget about that case, to drop off all her frustrations and to move on.

Basically, what E. Sally Rogers and Zlatka Russinova wanted, was to have "a case at BU Police" against the person who had revealed their crimes, thus to buffer their lost reputation in the campus. But when this postdoc firmly demanded to be informed what they have created BEHIND HER BACK, after three month Billie Jean Kanavich mailed her a police report with just two lines, explaining NO CRIME of hers, no misconduct, nothing, just saying that "her emails are locked in the BU evidence locker." Knowing that her all emails were polite, righteous, without obscenity or stalking, and never discussed or breached BU's inter-commerce affairs, were never against BU, and were just normal civilized emails about different elements of research, she insisted however to see the subjected email for a "criminal case." They could not show ANYTHING, any single pitfall that could be a subject of criminal case of "email harassment..." Having no answers for the falsely accused, Zlatka Russinova and Sally Rogers employed another mean and dirty trick: they spread all over that "there is no such a case at BUPD" and that the "postdoc is mentally ill and she doesn't know what she is saying..."

I want the whole American public pay attention on the "low-life" at Boston University, and understand why BU currently has no rank, no reputation and no future, because criminals are seated in research-cubicles negligently embezzling research funds (a money that the American taxpayer has trusted them to have a serious product of research). BU's lost reputation is heavily contributed by these coin-artist calling themselves "researchers" (like Sally Rogers and Zlatka Russinova) who work in a small center at 940 Commonwealth Ave, NW, Boston MA 02215, and are in charge of "research without research" , they are illiterate, terribly weak in research, but have the full freedom (isolated even from their granters) to decide what stupid projects to do (like PHOTOVOICE, and other nonsenses), how to embezzle the funds and give no products, thus HOW TO STEAL the American taxpayer's money and meantime how to stay unpunished. There are thousand of students and BU outsiders wishing to see one day Zlatka Russniva and E. Sally Rogers exported and escorted by police in the "arrest bracelets."
