You have proof that they took your $5000 worth of belongings? Proof as in you saw them do it? By your reasoning the fact that they spoke not one lick of English makes them thieves. So, according to your post, the fact that you accuse with no proof makes you ignorant. I guess you stole the merchandise that came missing at the store you visited this week, since it was there before you left and was gone after.

incompetent service & defective merchandise
I too purchased a wall unit. I wanted it quickly so took a day off from work to wait for it. The delivery guy came to my apartment and told me that the TV console of the wall unit got damaged during transit so I had to refuse delivery! When I called I told them now I need a Saturday delivery because I am not taking another day off from work. Now I have to wait over 2 weeks! I was so disappointed yesterday.

rude service
I purchased their furniture and I paid extra for the delivery which was the most horrible part of my deal with this company. The driver who delivered my order was very rude and he damaged almost half of details. He simply ignored fragile boxes and refused me to take it back for an exchange. After another rude reply he left me and when I contacted their manager I received no support and no help as well. This company must be avoided!
