IRS tax problems
I have also been scammed by Blue Tax Inc. They got me for over $19, 000. on my credit card up front and never did anything for me. They took MY money BEFORE they sent me a contract to sign. Then They say, NO REFUNDS. Good timing . Now Todd Lewis says he MAY refund 2000. WOW They even convinced my wife to sign her name to my CC knowing she wasnt even on it. I did contact the BBB but they have not responded to me. Is there anything else I can do ?? [email protected]

IRS tax problems
My 67 year old mother got taken for the tune of $5200. I thought I caught it in time. There were forms that were sent to my mother's email, one was for permission to take the $5200. I convinced my mother that these guys sounded fishy so I called them and got no clear answers. So I told them to freeze everything until they hear from me again. This by the way was the same day that my mother first contacted blue tax. So my mother and I thought that was the last we would have to hear from blue tax. A month later I learned that blue tax took the money over the phone. I was livid.
The reason why there aren't more complaints here is that first, if they think you are mad and capable enough they offer you back some of the money. Then if you are really mad and threatening they offer the full money back both with a confidentiality clause. So I assume most people take the confidentiality route. I'm not sure if they get their full money back, they won't tell you because they've been told to shut up. But I for one do not trust them. I think they are crooks. They are preying on the elderly and other non-suspecting victims.
If this has happened to you, do not accept their confidentiality clause. It is your right as an American to speak out against injustice.
First: claim bank fraud with the account that they extracted the money from. This is where I am now. I'm sure if enough of us do this, the banks will catch on.
Second: Make a complaint with your attorney general in your state. I am going to do this this week.
Third: If all else fails, be a hero and sue the bastards. They have it coming to them, who ever they are. Is Todd Lewis a real person?
Don't be the few that get quieted down by blue tax. Tell them to either refund the money the same way they took it or to see them in court.

IRS tax problems
On Feb 22, 2012 I posted a complaint against Blue Tax. This was a mistake!! I wrongly confused Blue tax Inc., of California, with the company I was having trouble with. There is more than one blue tax company out there and I got the wrong place and person!
Blue Tax Inc, of California, is NOT to be confused with the other tax places out there.
I regret my mistake and hope I have not caused any future problems.
