Charged a lot of money for a simple postal service
I can not believe that I have made such a mistake! I have ordered an item from them, and the shipping for it was even more expensive than the product itself! It had cost me $50! When the parcel actually did arrive, I saw that it was shipped by regular postal service! I contacted them to cancel my second order, which I just made, but they did not reply, and sent it out!
Do not use this website for anything!

Be very careful with these people
You need to be VERY careful with these people. I ordered and paid for about 12 batches of DVDs from them via eBay for delivery to the Philippines. Most of them they sent by ordinary post, with no invoice inside and no proper details on the outside. All but one of these arrived but one batch is currently the subject of a refund claim via eBay. They said they send overseas orders with no tracking numbers, though there were two very large packages that they sent me by FedEx. One was ordered late in December and arrived early in January, with all the paperwork, and was signed for etc. The other large package, worth over $500 was sent earlier in December and never arrived because they screwed up the paperwork and FedEx screwed up the handling of it. Eventually Customs here "destroyed" it, whatever that means. It seems likely that Blowitoutahere supplied eBay with the tracking number of the "in the middle" package that DID arrive. For whatever reason, eBay turned down my claim, as they thought I had the goods, even though the correct tracking number report made it clear that delivery had not happened. Nobody anywhere will answer pertinent questions to establish the facts. Blowitoutahere agreed to refund but only if I filed a claim via eBay or Paypal, which neither will do because eBay "dealt" with it already. I have sent Blowitoutahere a request for a refund via Paypal, but they simply ignore it. I have tried dealing with eBay via their CEO's office but that's a sick joke. Your get some pathetic woman writing to you, claiming to be in the eBay "Office of the President" but actually just in so-called Customer Service, who won't even take the trouble to read what I say and simply ignores any question I ask that might serve to resolve the matter. To return to Blowitoutahere, be really careful. They routinely send out international orders without the correct paperwork and seem incredibly relaxed about packages being refused entry and potentially "destroyed" - they said to me that they always ask for them to be returned to them, and pay the necessary fees. I think they need to conduct their business with more care. I would also like them to honour their undertaking to pay me the $500. Does anyone have the Blowitoutahere CEO's email address, or is he or she another waste of space as far as customers are concerned?
