I sent for a child's Giraffe alphabet 10.99 UK pounds. I was charged $24.76. This was cancelled and sent by the USA
Bits and pieces, I was charged $16.98 One Giraffe Alphabet arrived. I am still waiting for the charge of $24.76 to be
credited to my Credit Card Account, it was charged to my account on 25th October 2015. It is the 29th November 2015
When will this be credited to my Account?
I was born in Yorkshire, not far from the bits and pieces company. and I am VERY disappointed in this company.
