Refund not rec'd
I have purchased from them since 2008. Recent purchase has been first bad experience. Used to be great when an older lady answered the phone and I got results.
Now, with each call, I get some young woman named Katy who is giving me the run-around for two months now. After initial complaint, they don't answer the phone when you call back, even after 40 rings, two days in a row. They are probably blocking your phone number when you complain. Also, will not return email. You will get ripped off. Buyer beware. Wrong merchandise and missing items. I ordered 12 and got 10, one of them the wrong color. I wonder if it's under new ownership. I am shocked.

I ordered two shirts in December 2011 and it took many phone calls and several months before I received a shipment. It did not contain the shirts I ordered, so I returned them by registered mail. The company has denied receiving the package although I have verified delivery with the postal service, and has refused to refund my money. I complained to the Better Business Bureau and they have also refused to respond to the BBB's inquiries.

I placed a large order, around $700.00, approx 1.5 months ago, They took my money instantly, and I have never seen a shipment or have not been able to reach a single person, I have called probably 20 times, and e-mailed repeatedly. Nearest I can tell I have been completely swindled. Short of actually going to there address and dealing with this, I don't know what else to do.

ripped off and repeatedly lied to
I Have been trying to get my ordered leather flying jacket for months...........i have managed to speak to the purchaser Bob on a few occasions and he sounded really genuine but I feel so very let down as there has been no communication for three weeks and I am hundreds of pounds out of pocket.....................the phone lines now appear to be dead and no e mail reply. I dont know whether to write the loss of or spend some cash on a solicitor...........gutted

Order not received
Ordered shirt on sep 1st 2013. Waited the alotted time of 10-14 days. It's now sep. 24. 3 emails later and several phone calls. It either gives a busy signal or rings forever. I will never buy from them again.

I am writing to express my displeasure with your company’s customer service. On either Oct. 28 or 29 I placed an order for a Parie Ellis black leather bomber jacket. I was told it would arrive on Nov.4th or 5th. On Nov. 4th I called to see where the package was since I received no shipment notification. On that call I was told that the jacket was in and was being shipped out via FedEx and I would receive a shipment notification. No notification was sent. I called back today Nov. 8th and was told the exact same story I was told on the Nov 4th call. When I asked why I was told the same story the representative told me on Nov 4th no explanation was given and I was put on hold. 15 minutes later someone else came on the line and gave me a tracking number, I asked who the tracking number was with and he did not know. I asked if it was FedEx and he said “ya shure” and hung up while I was trying to ask him a question. I called back to speak with the CEO of your company and was put on hold for over 30 min.
I am fully expecting a call from your customer service department explaining the rude behavior of your representatives. If I do not receive this call I will be contacting the Better Business Borough and if I don’t receive the jacket on Monday I will be contacting the U.S. Attorney General’s office mail fraud division. Please do not ignore this e-mail the way you obviously ignored my last e-mail.
Yes they ignored my last e-mail and will likely ignore this one too. If you can avoid shopping with these people you will get ripped off.
