Karin Tivoli, owner of an unlicensed cattery in El Paso County, Colorado Springs, CO named Fabulous persians.
Claims to uphold Cat Fancier Association but has no champions or grand champions of her line, or participates in show. She gives her Kittens away before that are 3-4 months of age, and has admitted to having refunded buyers there money due to "serious" problems that have arised. My suspicion due to giving her kittens away too early.
Upon asking to wait until 4 months of age to purchase and take home, I was told that she was not able to care for her kittens for 2 more weeks due to her own personal appointments, and that her cats would be in the care of someone else, however, they were not able to take care of kittens only adults. Upon further thought, she then came back to me saying she would make arrangements to pick up from the same caretaker - who magically could handle the care of a kitten under 3 months of age. I found her ad on ebay classifieds and hoobly.com. I was told to give a deposit for a cat, which then later was not available, and had to choose another cat. I never signed a document, or was ever disclosed that the deposit was non-refundable. After having put doubt in my head about proper care and handling of her kittens, I declined the sale. However, she refused to give back my deposit. She is a thief because she refuses to give me my money back for a cat i did not put the deposit down for in the first place, she is also a liar by having never disclosed her policies until after the fact. Bad business woman, bad cat fancier, and should not be trusted, or purchase from. She does not follow industry standards and is a novice breeder with refusal to learn proper practices. Buyer Beware!

Also, I recently moved from Chicago to New mexico, and all my cats have come with me. I have 1 small cattery with only 1 breeding male and 2 breeding females. However, I have kept more cats in my care as a fancier. I also only have 1 to 2 litters a year. I am active in show and have championed my own line. Karin pretends to know everything about me- when she is the one truely making false accusations.

She never showed her cats, she paid for the titles with the cat - she has no knowledge or did any of the work to champion her cats - the breeder she paid the titles for did - so give credit were credit is due. The pictures i have posted of my other cats parents are from my breeder that has passed away, and/or given to me with permission. I am only honoring my breeders 50 year + legacy in hopes that it will not die.
If you cannot see by the language barrier- how difficult it is to communicate effectively with Karin - as she misconstrues and misunderstand fruquently. I did have the money, but became concerned when i heard she was putting an unknown stranger without the ability to care for a kitten during her absence, and giving the cats away too early. and after further speaking to Karin it is apparent that she does not understand how to properly type her cats for show or breeding quality, because she mentioned things that were condridictory to the CFA standard. I question her care and her knowledge. Not a reputable breeder or fancier in my eyes - I did not trust after developing my relationship with her further, and for that all i want is to go our seperate ways, and have my deposit returned. Its very simple - however, she chooses to make it difficult.

I have also filed a complaint to the Colorado Attourney General on Karin Tivoli and Fabulous Persians.

Here you can see what kind of Character these guy has. I even insulting me because I am German and my English is not perfect. How many Spanish people living in the US and can't speak English. I think my English is pretty good and other people think so too.
You sign a contract with down payment is non refundable. I can show these to the district Attorney. I am not worried about it.
You should be a shame of your self for stalking me and treating me like these. I have raised and showed Yorkshire Terrier in Germany for over 20 years I know what age I can give up a Puppy or Kitten he is breeding 3 years and think he knew it all he know nothing except he over charge the buyer with high prices and no quality at these bad time as the economy is shame on you. You breed for making allot of money and you never refund a down payment to your buyers either . What is the sense of a down payment for holding the kitty when you wont your money back after 10 weeks. Than their should be no down payment at all. He does not have a License in NM nor for Chicago. He's cattery in NM and Chicago is all over the internet.
He don't work he make a living of he's poor cats who he is treating poorly. I feel so bad and the same way I am happy that one of my cats not setting in a cage of he's cattery and getting pregnant all time.
as you people can see he changes he's tactic by the hour.

Just wanted to update you. My little boy is getting bigger every day and even more spoiled. He loves to sleep under the covers for some odd reason, but it is cute. Hopefully if we can figure out how to get our email to work and I'll send you some pictures of him. We want to say thanks again for giving us such a precious gift. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
