DO NOT GO HERE

This has been the worst experience of my LIFE!!! My fiance ordered a ring almost 3 weeks ago. Not only, is it not here... my poor fiance had to spill the beans about his entire surprise because we are getting married in 2 weeks and I didn't have my ring yet. Beverly diamonds said that my ring would arrive within 2 days, it absolutely did not and fast forward 3 weeks... we have no idea where it is. They hang up everytime my fiance tries to get tracking information and have been so rude to him. They completely ruined my proposal and i feel horrible about the whole situation. My fiance had to go to Shane Co and buy me ANOTHER ring- which is BEAUTIFUL and was ready in 2 days with fantastic service. Of course, we were hoping the Beverly Diamond ring he originally ordered would arrive since they have been so rude and not allowing us a refund or to cancel since the ring is 3 weeks late, unknown location and they have been so rude... Shane Co was so awesome and said we can always return the ring within 60 days... but at this point I am horrified to even see what Beverly Diamonds will send us if my ring ever arrives....

HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I worked for a luxury magazine in LA and expected because this retailer was in Los Angeles and does so much advertising they would have better service.... SO WRONG!!! Not sure I will ever get my ring... saddest part, my wedding is in 2 weeks and I don't have the engagement ring or band I picked out ... lucky Shane Co. helped us out...

I have a ton of brothers and sisters and was hoping to reccommend this place, but I absolutely would tell anyone to stay away.. plus after reading more reviews it looks like the quality is poor, not just the service.

Wrong Ring

If I could leave 0 stars I would; do NOT buy from Beverly Diamonds.

I purchased a wedding/engagement ring for my wife in 2013 from Beverly Diamonds (www.beverlydiamonds.com). The original ring shipped quickly and was per our expectations BUT over the next two years the side diamonds consistently fell out and ultimately in September the ring itself cracked and was no longer wearable (as a matter of full disclosure we did upgrade the size of the diamond during one of the "warranty" returns in late 2013).

In September we got in touch with Beverly Diamonds customer service and indicated that we would be sending the ring back (for the 3rd time). The process started smoothly and we were promised delivery of the fixed ring within 2 weeks. Over the next 2-1/2 months (from September 21 - December 8) we were told daily/weekly that the ring was "almost" done and would be shipped within the week. After my wives frustration came to a boil (of not having her wedding ring) I sent an email indicating that we would be pursuing recourse against Beverly Diamonds if we did not receive the ring.

On December 8 we were told the ring had shipped (a full two months after originally promised!). Upon opening the ring there were noticeable differences from the ring we sent to Beverly Diamonds for repair to the ring we received back. The ring we received back was noticeably smaller, there were visible inclusions, the color was noticeably different, and no new appraisal was ever sent (although we did repeatedly ask for it).

DO NOT purchase any jewelry from Beverly Diamonds. I don't know what recourse we have at this point and it is not worth the risk to purchase with this vendor. Buy from a reputable chain or local vendor.

FRAUD

I am writing this review so the next customer is aware that beverly diamonds does not disclose everything on their web page. For instant if you want to exchange an item they will be charging you a crazy exchange fee up words of over 600.00 even if you planned to pay more on an upgrade . So don't be fooled with their so called no frills 30 day return or exchange policy. Also if you plan at all to finance with them you will not be given the advertised sale price you will be paying full price.I suggest anyone looking here look somewhere else because they lie just to get your business.
