I ordered a camera from them on line a couple of weeks ago. I received an email saying that I needed to call to verify my order and needed to notify my credit card company about the alternative address. I called my card company and did that in advance. I spoke to a pleasant fellow at BestPricePhoto and told him that was done. He asked if I wanted to buy a lense (since I was buying body only). I explained that I only needed body because I dropped my other in the lake. He asked if I wanted to buy insurance for that and I said I am covered with a good homeowner's policy. He thanked me and said the order would be shipped. I then received an email saying it has been shipped. So far my experience has been good to excellent. If it really ships and get here I'll be happy. I'll be back to post either way, not only here but on other websites that discuss the company.

their free gifts are a scam
I never received any additional accessories they offered as a gift and the manager was really hard to get a hold of, but finally when I reached him he refused to speak to me after he heard my complaints! Moreover they offer a free gift if you leave a good review about them! What a scam!

I never received my purchase, no refund, total ignorance
I purchased a photo camera from this website and never receive it. For the first time they replied on my messages and asked me to wait but now they are ignoring me and it seems that I will never receive what I paid for.

Wrong information about the product
I was scammed by a guy named Mike from BestPricePhoto.com. I ordered Nikon D7000 and paid $900 for it. The store contacted me after the purchase and Mike told me that if I wanted to buy a camera with a USA warranty I had to pay $1200 for it. The one I bought did not have the warranty. E said it was written on the webpage where I bought the camera, however, I have examined the page very carefully many times, and found no such thing! Mike called me a liar, and did not want to return me my money. I have filed a suit against him.

The worst photo company ever!
beware and better avoid any business with this company!
I purchased a photsession from them and I received the most unprofessional service from their photographer. I just wasted my money and he even didn't send me pictures in time as promised! I will never recommend this company to anyone!
