Pathetic service

I agree Mr Prashant. I have been to Berkely and have faced similar problems. I hope someone from Berkely contacts you and compensate for the time and damages they have caused to you. I would rather suggest you to also contact the Consumer Court.

bad service and repair

on last year june after an accident of my car i go to workshop of berekely at phase-2 panchkula for repair. they hold my car for approx 27 days. when i got my car after repair i observe that the car bonnet was not repaired properly, it was not properly aligned and not painted properly. on single view you also can say it was done by unprofessional, untrained persons. there is lot of scratches and gap difference from left to right side. Also they broke rare tail light of right side, and said it was broken already. how its possible that the back light of right side will break if accident of car from front left side occurred. and a new scratch on rear right side door and for this got the same answer it was already there. if all this was already then why you not mentioned it in your service card and why insurance inspector did not notice this that time? clearly they are making fool and that time i repaired this at my own expense.
Now i go to same service center for the yearly service of my car on monday 21/04/2014. i got my car after a waiting of five hours. when i see my car i observed in first site that the wiper of my car is broken. when i said about that then i got the same answer that it was broken already. on submitting my car for service their executive observes my car properly and note down all the condition then why she not noticed that which everyone can notice in first sight? they offered me to replace that on my own expense with an amount of 500 extra but i cant. Also they include two labour charges i.e. 700 and 600. i dont get if you already charges 700 for labour cost then why extra 600 for labour charge? when i asked then they confused me and said these are the mendetory and compulsory charges, if you not pay that your car warranty should be avoided.
One thing more before the service they called me for service and talks very politely. but after service it just like that i made a crime to go there, behavior was totally changed, when i talked about the broken wiper they said like that "yaar tere ko samajh nahi atta kya ye pahle se tuta hua tha" and when i said i used it last day and was properly working then they said like " pata hota nahi ki kya hai or gaadi le lete hain."
its my very bad experience, i pledge now i will not go there again for any services. if you can do anything for me and take a proper action on them then i will be highly thankful to you.
