Bell Canada ripped me off
I'm afraid that the same thing happened to me but over a much longer period of time. I have written to the Bell Privacy Ombudsman ([email protected]) and also contacted the Federal Privacy Commissioner and Commissioner of Complaints for Telecommunications Services. From Bell I want an explanation and reimbursement.

Home Internet
We used to have 20G.B per month for the home service.But we switched to 40 G.B cause some times we go a little over the limite.Ever since we took the 40G.B,Bell is using a tactice to make us pay more every month by telling us for example on the 16 of febuary they send us an email that we have 13 days to our billing day but we have consume 90 percent of our monthly service which is impossible.This is because we don't download, watch movies or go to youtube in this house still we end up paying more every month.I made a complain to Bell last month and they said that they would look in to it.They have done the same thing again.I think they want to push us to the point of thaking unlimited plan which we don't need in this house.This is beacuse we don't use internet that much.So i will appreciate it if you can look in to it for me.
