This is just awful, stay away from them!
Their furniture looked great on the website so we decided to order it. We never got anything and when we attempted to get the money back they gave us the run around. This is just awful, stay away from them!

broken promises....
It was very unfortunate that the customer service component was completely missing with this vendor. They were “nice” on the phone however; NO follow through on their promises and it required multiple calls to finally get my order. It took over two months of constant calls and several “no shows on promised delivery dates” for the order to be completed. The price was fair and the items comparable with the price paid. I would never order from them again based on the fact that the broken promises, the run around, the aggravation and the lack of a commitment to true customer satisfaction was not worth what I saved by buying from them. They promised a replacement set of cushion covers which I am just adding to the long list of broken promises…

Absolutely do not do business with this company!!!!! They are complete liars! The website clearly states that they offer free shipping! I called this company and placed the order with the promise that they would fulfill the order and have it delivered prior to July 4, 2015. On June 30th I received a phone call stating that they could no longer complete my order because shipping was going to cost too much. Hmmmm - I gave them my address when I ordered the product and it was no issue at all. Now 2 flipping weeks later they call and tell me they can't ship the product as they promised they would. I expressed when ordering that I did not want to order this product if they could not get it to me by July 4th being that we are having guest over to our new vacation home. They assured me that they would not let me down and would have the product delivered prior to the 4th.
I asked what "free" shipping meant to them and they would not respond. I explained that I had counted on their promise to deliver and I now have no other options available to me. They could have cared less what they represented to me and they just said tough luck!
Thanks for ruining my 4th of July party!!!! Jerks! I am going to post this on every website I can find - I promise! I would like nothing more than to cost you business and make sure no one else falls prey to your lies.
By the way - Lisa is the name that every customer service person uses. There is no real "Lisa". That is such a small thing to lie about and makes no sense other than the fact it is easy when someone calls to complain about "Lisa" and her misrepresentations.
