Scam and fraudlent
It seems that we are all having the same kind of problem with be2. I agree that the terms and conditions are confusing and it should state quite clearly that an email cancellation is not sufficient. So far my bank, who intercepted the request for payment, have not paid for the continuous membership. Once I paid the £5 free month trial and realised that this would be followed with a payment of £149.99 I cancelled immediately, heard nothing more from be2 either in response to my email or 'matches' until they had a problem receiving payment. I have been dealing with customer service and not finding them helpful at all, rather they are threatening me with their recoupment procedure. My problem is still ongoing.

I am from Canada and this company is in breach of contract. I signed for their services and was not satisfied with their services. I ask to cancel the membership and they are not doing their part to cancel it! They continue to send automated/cut and paste messages without reading the original copy of the email. I have sent 2 registered mails and on top of it they already card for the first payment which is now in dispute. Also threatening me to re-bill me after I told I have sent the lettters. They claim they did not received the letters my membership will be re-billed. I made it clear that any attempts to take money out of my account will result in legal action against the company because that is fraud and also that they are breach of contract. It's time that this company is put under the legal system and shut down because they are not abiding to their terms and conditions and continue to rob people of money!
