misleading advertisement, unauthorized charges
I also ordered from BakePop.com last night and i was FURIOUS when there was no confirmation page! I wasn't going to upgrade to the non stick after i upgraded to faster shipping. I was going to fix that on the confirmation page. BUT THERE WAS NONE! It just charged me $67.95!!! I am so upset right now that my hands are still shaking. I had no idea what my total was before I was charged. They had so many pages of "add this" & "add that", i didn't think that i would have to have a calculator next to me while i was doing this. most legitimate companies show you what your total is before you purchase something. I called Paypal (my source of funding) and they said they should be able to help me reverse this charge. There wasn't even an order # on the page that said "thanks for your order"! This website is a scam! Someone needs to do something about this! I mean... $68 for 2 cake pans??!?!?!?!?!! are you kidding me!?!?!?!

Lucky you. I didn't use pay pal. my bank won't help me either so I'm out the $55. I can't believe buying a stupid gimmick cake pan could be so treacherous. I called them this morning and got the expected runaround. I already have my complaint ready for the Attorney Generals office in New Jersey and Massachusetts. I am also writing a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau which shockingly telebrands is a member. I suggest you do the same. All of these agencies have download-able forms. I'm sorry they got you too.

Thank you. I just found the IC3 website. The IC3 is co-sponsored by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C).
