Rude and Steals money from credit cards

I am glad that I found someone else that knows the bad experiences that others have with AXR An Extreme Rider.
We rented 6 atvs from them and half way through the tour one of them broke down. We had to ride double on one atv for the rest of the tour.
We went back to the shop and asked if there was any kind of refund or anything for the atv breaking down and Enrique told us that we could not get anything. OK, no problem I thought.
Well a week later my credit card was charged for $700 by AXR for engine work on the atv. This had nothing to do with us.
I called him and emailed him and got no help and not much of a response except that he would not reverse the charges and there was nothing we could do about it as we were not in Jaco any longer.
I would warn everyone to stay away from this jerks tour shop.
AXR An Extreme Rider Jaco Beach ATV provides bad equipment and then they rip you off and steal your money.
