LAME EXCUSE OF "TECHNICAL GLITCH" FOR DIFFERENCE OF RS 1.55L IN PASS BOOK ENTRIES AND ACTUAL FLEXI FD S BOOKED

IT IS HIGHYLY SHOCKING TO GET A REPLY FROM NODAL OFFICER,AXIS BANK TO THE SERIOUS COMPLAINT BY THE FLEXI SAVING BANK ACCOUNT HOLDERS OF AC NO 187010100000356 ON FINDING THAT THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE OF RS 1.55 LAKHS IN THE ENTRIES SHOWN IN PASS BOOK, AND ACTUAL FLEXI FD S BOOKED BY SWEEP OUT. AS ACCOUNT HOLDERS KEEP A WATCH ON THE ENTRIES OF DEPSITSND WITHDRAWALS BY GETTING PASS BOOK UPDATED,ENTRIES WERESHOWN CORRECTLY IN PASS BOOK AND ON CASUALLY ASKING THE BANK STAFF TO CHECK WHETHER THE FLEXI FDS BOOKED BYSWEEPOUTS SHOWN IN PASS BOOK AND BALANCE IN SAVING BANK WERE ACTUALLY TALLYING WITH ACTUAL EFFECTIVE CLOSING BALANCE SHOWN IN JUNE2014 REVEALED THERE WAS HUGE AMOUNT DIFFERENC,INOTHERWORDS ACTUAL FLEXI FIXED DEPOSITS BOOKED WERE LESS.THEN WHEN WRITTEN COMPLAINT WAS LODGEDWITH VASCODAGAMA BRANCH,GOA THEY SIMPLY REFERRED TO MUMBAI OFFICE .EVEN AFTER 2 MONTHS AXIS BANK COULDNOT REPLY HOW THE ACTUAL FLEXI FDS BOOKED WERE LESS THAN THEONE SHOWN IN PASS BOOK AS BOTH WERE THRO SAME SOFTWARE SYSTEM. WHENNO REPLY WAS RECEIVED MATTER WAS REFERRED TO NODAL AND PNO OF AXIS BANK.AFTER PERSISTENT REMINDERS NODAL OFFICER ON 26.8.14 LEISURLY REPLIES THAT DUE TO TECHNICAL GLITCH MOUNT WAS SHOWN MORE IN PASS BOOK AND THE CLOSING EFFECTIVE BALANCE AS ON 31.7.14 WAS SINCE THEN CORRECTED BY AXIS BANK TO RS 5,34,939.56 FROM RS 6,91,605.68,THEREBY LEAST BOTHERING BOUT THE HUGE FINANCIAL LOS OFRS 1,56,666 TO THE POOR OLD COUPLE TRUSTING THE AXIS BANK OPENED FLEXI ACCOUNT SOME12 YEARS BACK AND TRUSTED THE ENTRIES SHOWN IN PASS BOOK AS FLEXI SWEEP OUTS AND SWEEP INS AE NOT UNDERSTOOD EVEN BY THE BANK STAFF THEMSELVES AND SIMPLY TELL US THAT EVERYTHING IS THRO COMPUTER SOFTWARE AND ONE NEEDNOT WORRY ABOT OUR AMOUNTS DEPOSITED IN FLEXI ACCOUNT.
NOW THE PRINCIPAL NODAL OFFICER AND BANKING OMBUDSMAN WERE REQUESTED AS TO HOW IT IS THAT AXIS BANK TOOK NEARLY MORE THAN 2 MONTHS TO REPLY IF IT IS SIMPLE TECHNICAL GLITCH AND ALSO IF IT IS TECHNICAL GLITCH IN FLEXI SOFTWARE,THEN HOW IT IS THAT ONLY OUR FLEXI ACOUNT ONLYAFFECTED,AS THE SOFTWARE GLITCH SHOULDHAVE AFFECTEDALL FLEXI ACCOUNTS ALL OVER INDIA OF AXIS BANK?
EVEN AFTER MORE THAN 25DAYS NO REPLY WAS RECEIVED FROM AXIS BANK,CONFIRMING OUR GENUINE SUSPICION THAT AXIS BANKHAS BEEN TRYING TO SAVE THE REPUTATION OF THEBANK ANDALSO PROTECTING THE BLACK SHEEP RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SOFTWARE GLITCH ENABLING THEM TO SHOW CORRECT AMOUNT IN PASS BOOK ,{REGULRLY CHECKED BY AC HOLDERS), BUT NOT ACTUALLY BOOKING THE SWEEPOUT AMOUNTS SHOWN IN PASS BOOK AS FLEXI FIXED DEPOSITS,AS C HOLDER BLINDLY BELIEVES COMPUTER,NOT KNOWING THAT PEOPLE HANDLING THE SOFTWARE CLD PLAY LOTO0F MISCHIEF WITH THE FUNDS OF FLEXI ACCOUNTS,AS AXIS BANK NEVER ISSUES FLEI FD RECEIPTS ISSUED BY IDBI BANK FOR EACH SWEEPOUT.HERE AXIS BANK INSTEAD OF BOOKING A FRESH FLEI FIXED DEPOSIT FOR RS 1,54,666 ATLEAST NOW ON REALISATIONOF THE MISCHIEF DONE BY THEIR STAFF CHOSENTO HUSH UPTHE MATTER CONVENIENTLY CORRECTING THE PASS BOOK ENTRY TO SHOWLESS FIGURE TO TALLY THE FLEXI FD AMOUNT, IN THE PROCESS THE POOR ACCOUNT HOLDER HAS LOST HIS PRECIOUS SAVINGS OF NEARLY 1.55LAKHS,AS EVEN WHATEVER REPRESENTATIONS WE MAKE EITHE TO BANKING OMBUDSMAN OR REERVE BANK ORFINANCE DEPT ,GOVT OF INDIA EVERYBODY SIMPLY FORWARD OUR COMPLAINT TO AXIS BANK AND AXIS BANK SIMPLY COVER UP ITS FAULT UNDER SIMPLE EXCUSE OF TECHNICAL GLITCH.HOW THEPOOR FLEXI ACCOUNT HOLDER GETS BACKHIS SIPHONED FUNDS OF RS 1.55 LAKHS FROMTHE BANK.IF ANYEXPERT CLD ADVISE AS TO WHAT IS TOBE DONE NOW,AS COURT ALSO CANT UNDERSTAND THIS TECHNICALGLITCHES

AXIS BANK

Despite our repeated requests for clarifying clearly as to 1)since which date & gear the technical glitch occurred. and2) whether all other similar flexi accounts were also affected,EITHER AXIS BANK !VASCO BRANCH or Mumbai regional office did not reply till to date.This confirms that Axis bank has been trying to save its folly and image,reputation at the expence of account holders senior citizens who are in a helpless state to fight in court of law for years.There also bank confuse the judge with complicated wording like technical glitch etc, .The situation is like LAW PROTECTORS THEMSELVES BECOME DETRACTORS!THEN POOR ACCOUNT HOLDERS WHOM THEY APPROACH?ATLEAST BANK CUSTOMER Rights association should take this sort of case with concerned bank management to impart justice by compensating the siphoned amount of 1.6 lakhs which is a substantial amount.j.s.ramadevi,Goa,26.2.15
