YES THEY ARE. I HAVE HAD EXACTLY THE SAME PAYOUT DETAILS THROUGH THE POST TOO!!! THE ;POLICE SHOULD CERTAINLY STOP PEOPLE LIKE THIS WHO DO PRAY ON THE POOR AND DESPERATE, THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED. WON'T BUY THEM A PLACE IN HEAVEN. i AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE POLICE AND FRAUD OFFICERS WHO KNOW THIS GO'S ON BUT DO NOTHING. PLEASE, POLICE CONTACT AND TELL ME WHY?????????

Wow. Just received the same letter, same payout details, same scam.
Thanks so much for the heads up. I was nearly duped into sending these jerks my money, in hopes that my prayers for financial help had been answered.
I will continue to wait on the Lord Jesus, and shred the deceiver's lies.
