Download problem
I entered my subscirption for Grime Fighter, april 08/2014 (34.99$) and april 09/2014 (29.99$) and infortunately I have not been able to download the software.
Today, I chek the statement of my credit card Mastercard and I see that there are 2 amount as I mentionned before. Charged by DRI * Avast Soft-luxembourg.
I ask you and suggest you give me a refund of these amounts.

avast! Grime Fighter
I purchased and was charged for a two year subscription to avast! Grime Fighter in April 2014. I have tried numerous times to download this to no avail. I tried calling customer service to no avail. Finally I contacted customer service via email and was advised to go to their website and and follow the directions--which I did--several times I tried to download--no download!
This is totally ridiculous.
I have requested a credit to paypal account--HaHa--more directions--'go to the following website and follow direction' ad nauseum--
What's a grandmother to do?

I called for the Advast1-800 help about my computer having issues and more than likely a bad virus had slipped past the protection that I thought I had with them? I explained that I was an elderly person and didn't understand much about computers.
The person I spoke to was so very nice and told me that he could" definitely" fix the problem.
I was happy to hear that.
He remotely went into my computer and saw that some spyware was there. He was again so nice to inform me of what the problems were that I was having.
He showed me where it was, but then couldn't really help me, unless I could pay $179.00 for a one yr subscription to get "better" protection. He could then remove the spyware I had.
You would think that if you bought their "premier protection" you would be protected ? Sorry , no you need much more than that you need to pay $179.00 and then you will be protected .I am very disappointed with the Advast company and did as one of the people in the above post did , I also got their run around. Told to get a ticket number and I could get my money back , 6 mo later still no money back and told again to get another ticket number?
