media crawler auto renewal
Dear Avangate support team,
I downloaded a trial version of media crawler and after I did so, I canceled auto renewal for that product, However today I was charged more than 63 euros for the full version which I DO NO WANT!!! I turned off auto renewal for a reason right after I got the trial version. Yet I still got charged in full!!!! I want my money back please as that is a fraud transaction!! order ref: 11646011
Awaiting refund or I will speak to my bank.

FRAUD!
Got charged 65.95 not even 7 days after I purchased thee 1.99 and theen automatically cancelled thee recurring charges, and theey charged me right away. This website is a fraud, and I would really like my money back. I'm sorry but in theis economy 65.95 is a lot of money. I was not expecting theis, and thee charge was invalid. Bought it on thee 16the got charged on thee 20the. The second theey saw all thee money in my account theey took it.

auto renewal
wish I had looked up site before trying trail. Does not work correctly most of the time. Requested return of $, but no reply. Take warning, save you money and run to an other site.

paid for trial then billed for complet down load
I paid for trial on4/7/2012 for media-crawler $1.99 . Then media-crawler made unauthorised charge to my account of $69.95 on4/13/2012 I need this matter resolved now.

fraud/misrepresentation
i purchased a one month subscription to media-crawler for downloads of document, manuals, etc.. no matter what i have attempted to download, i only get a reply that it is "temporally unavailable". i tried different things they have in different subject selections and always the same reply or if i do get a download it is a blank. would not recommend this site to anyone and should be blocked from internet completely. respectfully, j. reaves

Avangate and Media Crawler llegal charge
I found a song I was looking from a goggle search and paid $1.99 and downloaded it. I thought I had just bought a song as that was all I looking for. A week later I get an email stating, "Your payment for your online order placed on http://www.media-crawler.com on 2012-03-06 12:18:00 has been approved (order reference number: 11445770)"
I thought there must be some eror as I did NOT ORDER any product. I imminently emailed Avangate and asked them what the charge was for. Their reply was it was for a service. I asked that the charge be reversed as I had not ordered any service nor had I at any time authorized a 69.00 charge. They refused to credit my card. I set up a dispute with the credit card company and they still won't reverse the charge. After contacting the California State consumer fraud division of the state Attorneys office I found that they have many,many complaints for such deceptive business practices. I will once again attempt to get a refund before I file a formal complaint with the consumer fraud division.
A check with the Better Business Bureau shows 43 complaints filed. I may just be number 44!

Media Crawler Deception
I was searching for a particular PDF and was led to a site (imarksweb.net) claiming to have it which led to a download for Media Crawler. I paid the one month fee of 29.95 because I really wanted this book of worship services. Once media crawler downloaded and I did the same exact search there were NO results.
I feel totally deceived into purchasing media crawler and will not recommend it to anyone!

Fraud
Avangate accessed my account without my persmission. I am filing a fraud case with my local financial institution. This is a horrible crime in that it inconvenices you in canceling your debit card and having to order a new one with a 7-10 day waiting period.

Download doesn't exist
Media Crawler website showed results that they had a document that I wanted so I registered and paid more than $29.00 After I had registered I clicked on a link to download a free document but the document I wanted to download doesn't exist. I am currently very unhappy because I got an email acknowledging my payment but I still don't have what I ordered for.
My reference no is 12869145.
Please clarify this to me as soon as possible.

Would Not Refund Money
After paying and realizing it was not the service I thought it was within 1 hour I emailed cause you can't call these people and they told me sorry we don't guarantee anything. Thank god I paid through Pay Pal and was able to file a case cause the customer service is HORRIBLE.

service sucks
Spent $49.95 for a years subscription. Later it seems that in order to get the service that was advertised a person needs to also
throw down another $69.00 to a "partner" that is the other part of the equation in order for media crawl to be able to fulfill their
obligation. Bullshit. I want the service media crawl advertised or I will call my bank and cancel payment. If payment has been made then I want the money back. I am totally workable on this as long as I get the service advertised for the money already spent! MY ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER IS 14184162

no response from customer support
Hi, I brought what was at the time of purchase, a lifetime use of Media Crawler, I even checked with them by e-mail before I made payment to make sure, they said if was for life. I have my original Payment e-mail, it says it will be updated automatically, unless I write to them canceling it, witch is impossible because there is no postal address for them, I have used it for two years without any problems. The other week it stopped working, it lets me sign in OK, but when I search for any thing at all, the busy logo goes round, but no results come back. It does not matter what I type in, there is never any results, it is like I have been blocked from there server. So I contacted Media Crawler customer support on there website, I received no reply from them. I have contacted them at least twelve times, they have never replied to any of them, so I contacted Avengate, whose name is on the original sale email, they sent them 3 requests to contact me, they have not responded to there 3 requests either. I have contacted customer support another 20 times as well without them replying, could you help, as it is a rip off. They must not want for life customers any more. regards. My account at Avengate for Media Crawler says automatic updates have been deactivated, this is when they did not reply. I do not know what I have done wrong, for them to act this way, it is like my email address is being blocked on the customer support site. regards George.
