waste of money

ASPCA pet insurance (www.aspca.org) I purchased this insurance for my pet because it seemed to be reliable and reputable but after I paid money I never received any document from them. Later I found that their insurance is absolutely useless and actually is nothing but waste of money because they simply ignore their customers.
I contacted them for a refund even my mail (3843 Greentree canton, Ohio USA) but I never received any response from them.
This company must be avoided! Be careful!
