Beware of these scammers!
Three months ago I was unfortunate enough to purchase some dresses from their online shop. The dresses turned out to be of a really poor quality and wrong size so I returned them in one package. They have only refunded one dress and since they both were in one package I can't prove I sent another one. Beware of these scammers!

did not receive product
I ordered a dress for maternity photos and paid for expedited shipping on 11/7/12 expecting it to arrive by Sat 11/. I still have not received it. I sent multiple emails requesting to cancel my order for full refund due to expected service not provided. I keep getting the run around via emails, the customer service reps are not fully reading or addressing my problems. I have asked for a phone number and manager name/contact and no one has responded to my request. I filed a complaint with paypal hoping to get resolution.
asos.com has no links for a phone # or address, I have tried to contact via facebook as well with no help. Poor experience all around.

have not received refund since august 2012
i have emailed 3 times posted back dress have not received refund since august 2012d . Company is ASOS something needs to be done please im not happy with this service asos quick to take your money and very quick to ignore emails, there has to be a phone number, please call0406173386 area code 08 working hours between 8 - 1 mon to wednesday ask for silvana. I have proof of purchase and post office receipt. I want a call immediately or will be going to the authority. Thank you
if i do not get a response within two days there will further action taken towards asos and will be taking this further on today tonight on chanel seven as i see there are many complaint once again number is 0406173386
