meat tough as old boots
I purchased a piece of butchers choice pork from Asda for my New Years' Day dinner, the meat was nothing but fat and i couldn't eat it. I had friends for tea and had to send out to the local take away. I was so embarassed and disappointed as my whole day was ruined. THANKS ASDA
I took the packaging back to customer services this evening, i was given a refund and £2.00 voucher, the girl at customer services was rude and smirked at me. I then asked to speakj to a manager, and he wasn't any better, and when i told him that i wouldn't be shopping at Asda again, i heard him mutter under his breath that (we won't go out of business if you don't)

false promises, price check not working!
I rang them again the other day sayin voucher wasnt on, and they said it wasnt put through, but will def go on in the next 48 hours... 3 days later, still no voucher!!! FFS ASDA
