fraudulent company

I used Aquafusion services to install E Pro Elite water softening system. In next half a year the system began to falter. The problem is in unprofessional installation and also in this company which disappeared in half a year. It was impossible to reach them by phone, mail etc. Couple of weeks ago I finally found them, they changed their name on Green Water Technologies. I tried to contacted them and they booked a visit but nobody came. This is ridiculous people stay away from them!
