scam
Dear Pomzi Buster. I to recently joined Approval Warehouse. Your complaint that several finance contracts were turned down reeks of a half truth. I have 20 + years in finance selling contracts for several major car dealers. The Fico scores dont tell the complete story. You claimed deals with 600+ fico scores were not approved. The FICO is not the only factor. Were there unpaid collections in the buyers past, or perhaps child support issues?? or what about unpaid taxes?? Any of those will be gicked out for the obvious reasons. If THAT lead you to part company with AW thats your decision to make. Maybe short sited but that is your cross to bear. You just dont belong in any progressive organization like AW!

Not sure how much experience you have with the Financial industry? But I, can tell you this if you have child support,
tax leans, or a number of late payments, your not going to have a 600 credit score, not even a 580, so a turn-down on those
scores make one wonder if this is just another pie -in - the - sky. I have not seen one post about anyone having an application
funded. Anyone find a real source yet??

I applied on Craigslist and spoke with a employee from AW, of course after watching the video I was impressed,
what a great way to help those with 574/550 to get the things they deserved. My things is having to pay $397 to start a job,
it sounds to good to be true, then most likely it is.
What I would like to see on here is where someone with that credit score get a loan, like a unsecured loan, and with
which lender. Then I join.

A lot of these complaints about Approval Warehouse are from people who are interested in becoming agents. My experience was as a potential vendor and reflects the lack of quality and integrity of the organization.
I was solicited by one of their agents at a large home show, where we had a booth showing home improvement products and services. Soliciting is not allowed in the show for people without booths for obvious reasons, but the agents pitch was pretty interesting - one time flat fee of $395 for Same As Cash financing with no points. The going rate for 6 months is about 3 - 4%, so no fee is highly attractive. And we are actively looking for new financing options.
So I emailed the agent and expressed my interest. I also checked on-line on the complaint, scam and ripoff boards, and found a lot of disgruntled people. But I wanted to give them a chance so I asked for two things: 1) A history of the company and founders. This was not on their web site, which I found odd. 2) I watched a little slide show from one of the head guys, and it mentioned working with several of the top 20 home improvement companies in the country. I asked for references, thinking that a large company happy with the Approval Warehouse service would be more than happy to talk to another home improvement company. (We only work in a limited geographic area, so no threat to a national company.)
At first the agent wanted to know if I'd like to speak to the "branch manager"? I didn't think this would help much and really just wanted my simple questions answered. I answered to this effect, and this was my answer from the agent:
"I can answer your questions, however, choose not to work with you."
I thought this was astonishing response. We are not a large company, but on track to do ~ $3 million this year, and use SAC financing frequently. I am sure we would have been a decent sized account for them.
Sounds like a company with something to hide?

I have been with Approval Warehouse since Nov., 2011. I landed a very nice account with 5 locations. I worked on getting this account for months. Believe me, folks: they do not deliver. I recommended my client not proceed. All of the training materials
suggest 6-8 days for merchant approval. 21 days later, no responses to support tickets, 4 days to get a call back... and I get an
answer about a document from the original paperwork we sent in. This should have been responded to immediately or at least within the 6-8 days ... not almost a month later. Figure it out folks: $39.95/mo. X 2, 000 so-called 'agents' = $80, 000/mo. I'm not so sure Approval Warehouse even intends to approve merchants and/or customers. Beware. This was a bad experience for me. I am an ethical businessperson and recommended my merchant not proceed. I would just like to find a solid, sound, legitimate way to make a living these days ... for all of us.
