Failure to provide Service under Warranty

I renewed a warranty on a samsung refrigerator on December 8, 2011. They cashed ny check on December 16, 2011. However, I still do not have a warranty in writing nor can they provide information on when I will receive this information. I just called today January 5, 2012 to complain. If I do not get an answer in the next few days I will ask for my money back. Terrible service.

AMT Warranty

AMT Warranty is a terrible company. I purchased an extended warranty for my car, the deal is if i'm not happy i can cancel my policy in two months and i get my money back if i do not file any claims. I heard a sound in my car so I called Amt Warranty costumer service to ask about car rental while the repair shop fixing my car so they told me the claim has to be approved first to approve the rental. the repair shop report the AMT warranty what need to be done in my car over the phone which AMT said it's maintainace issue and they denied the claim. so I called them to cancel the policy and ask for refund. but they surprised my she cancelled the policy and NO refund since I have two claims in my policy which are 1- I called the Customer service and asked about a rental 2- the repair shop called the claim department to ask if the repair covered or not ) they did not pay a penny, NO repairs done to my car...DO NOT PURCHASE AMT WARRANTY. IT'S WASTING MONEY

AMT Warranty No Show - Switch to Sears Whole House

AMT Warranty in conjunction with hhgregg did not provide me with service for my GE Washer, GE Dry, & Samsung Fridge ($5,000).

I called in July 2015 for service on my washer that was replaced by GE because the machine malfunctioned & flooded my 2nd fl.

I blogged about it on every review cite I could find, i.e., Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon, etc. Some of the retailers kept deleting my review so I went to Amazon & posted a review. Amazon is honest. GE emailed me & replaced both the washer & dryer.

Because the numbers didn't match, they said I needed to contact hhgregg/GE to verify replacement. I told them I had a delivery receipt showing GE replaced the models. I faxed & emailed the info to both the store & AMT Warranty. It is now Nov. 2015 & I keep calling & nothing is being done. I called in Nov. 16, 2015 & they said they couldn't fix the fridge until Dec. 2015--it will take 7 days. That's actual 17 days.

They keep asking me to keep faxing. I have spent $560 on warranty products with AMT (fridge, wash, dryer, tablet). I do not recommend this warranty company. I had Sears Whole House product warranty for over 20 yrs. & they were awesome. They service all products regardless of the brand. I have all the email & fax data. Can anyone tell me how I can get my $560 back for noncompliance with their contractual agreement with me the customer.

Terrible Company

This is the worst company to deal with ! I have a warranty with them for my Electrolux Refrigerator and they could not fix the problem after 8 attempts . So they have been saying since March 2016 that the refrigerator is unrepairable and that they would send out a check for a replacement refrigerator. To this day I haven't received a check . I will not let them get away with out giving me my check . I will be filing a complaint with the BBB today , I'm tired of getting jerked around by these jackasses. Stay away from them they SUCK!

dont waste your money

do not buy a warrant thru amt we bought a samsung dryer and added the warranty for 5yrs they fixed dryer once now have waited 6 weeks for another repair repeated attempst are just broken promises we orig bought dryer at lowes then bought warranty thru samusung total piece of junk samsung dryer and wasnt cheap 900 now amt wont come and repair still under warranty

AMT Warranty won't even answer their phone!!!

Called for service on our Whirlpool washing machine on June 6,2017. Service man came out once to repair ordered parts, didn't fix problem. Amt Warranty canceled claim after that wouldn't ok any other parts. I paid for a 5 year ext. warranty from HHGregg the warranty runs out in Nov. Amt doesn't answer there phone weekdays if you are lucky to get them to answer the phone on a weekend they said they couldn't fix the washing and were sending out a check. That never happened either. Told them to send me an email to confirm that they were sending a check they wouldn't do that. Does anyone know how to start a class action suit against Amt Warranty? I see a lot of complaints against them online.

Won’t answer phone

Have been calling for weeks and no one answers the phone! I have left messages and no one returns my calls! I spent 700.00 on warranty for my appliances. I have a dishwasher full of nasty water. How can a company do this!!!!!!

Horrible

Repair guy came out twice and couldnt fix our GE Dryer. Fine, no problem! Its under warranty right? Right! The repair guy said the company would replace or issue a check for a new dryer. When I called, the lady told me that they were aware of my issue and that I'd hear back in 3 days! Those three days have come and gone!
I've been calling and leaving voice mails for two weeks! I have no idea why no one at this company answers the phone! What type of company allows customers to sit on hold for 30 mins before receiving the "Leave a message and someone will call you back" prompt?
They also tell you that you can view your claim online at the 360 website. The same website that tells me that I dont have a freaking warranty!
This company is terrible! Unfortunately, I had no choice in who my warranty was through. I purchased my appliance from HHGreg who has since, went out of business.

Warranty is a total scam

Purchased a Samsung Refrigerator/Freezer less than 5 years ago and bought an extended 5 year warranty. Less than 1 1/2 tears ago we had 3 different issues with the appliance that needed fixed. I had to make numerous phones calls as well as get the manager at HH Gregg involved to get a repair person to the house. Now the refrigerator is having one of the same problems again and HH Gregg is out of business. It's impossible to get through to the warranty company so I would call this a scam.

This week I have tried multiple times to contact AMT via their website & phone. Both their website & automated phone system won't even acknowledge that I have a warranty. It's pure baloney. The warranty is still good until April 13th. I get put on hold for about 15 minutes every time I call and then it goes to voicemail, but they never return calls. I have read several other reviews from folks who are saying they have had the same experience. I am going to contact my credit card company, but I doubt there is anything they can do after this much time has passed. Most likely we are going to be stuck paying for the repair. Nothing like paying $1800 for an appliance that has multiple problems in less than 5 years and another $250 for a mostly useless warranty.

Dishonest Company

This is the worst company ever. DO NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY fro them. They will come up with a myriad of reasons why your appliance is not covered. I had my dishwasher, refrigerator, dryer, smart tv all overed by,them. when I bought the EW I was told by HH Gregg that they will come out for anything. Yeah right! I realize that HH Gregg went out of business, but my warranty is still in effect. Pardon me while I laugh hysterically for a couple of minutes. Last week I spent an entire day trying to get through to them on the phone to no avail. Now they tell me I am not covered for a broken handle on my dishwasher.

BOGUS & LAIRS

This Company needs to be put out of business!! They are getting away with taking honest peoples money with no warranty whatsoever. Their employees must get a kickback for the most bullshit stories they put over the phone a day to the customers I just filed a claim on the Federal Trade Commission government site for Fraudulent activity against them. Everyone out there that has this warranty should take a stand on this. They are also a parent company of AM TRUST FINANCIAL. I suggest not to invest or do business with them either.
Their Facebook page says it all. Religious Phonies!!!
