Error after payment
I have been robbed by this website. I was trying to proceed with a few orders, and right after I paid for them, there was an error, and I did not get any info about shipping. I called them numerous times, then also tried to email- nothing. I want my money back!

banned my account without a reason
Consumer, beware!
I had an account with them and suddenly it was banned without a reason. I mean the card was locked and account was frozen without any notice so I was unable to get an access to my money. I had to spend months to solve this problem and this company never apologized for their mistake. I will never use their services again and will never recommend them to anyone! Beware and better stay away!

stay away from their poor service
Stay away from this american express services! This company is not what it claims to be and fraudulently banned my account without a reason. I had to spend weeks on unlocking and renewing and during that process I received just rude customer service without a respect. Beware and better stay away from these people!

tried to stole my money!
I had an account with American Express Bluebird and it was banned without a reason and notice. Suddenly I found that I am unable to use it and it doesn't work if I want to pay with it. I contacted their support service but they never explained me a reason just asked me to pay for the unlocking. This is totally dishonest! Buyer, beware and better be careful with them!

Do not deal with this company! Just terrible! Can't make a deposit, because they close your account right before you send the money!

missing money
bluebird has stolen my federal tax 6354 was rejected on feb 12 because my name was not first but 2nd we filed jointly any how today is feb 21 and no one knows where my money is at irs dont have it bluebird still has it but its not in my account they sent it back on the 12 but today is the 21 and the irs still says bluebird still has it i beleive the irs sorry card do not get this card only trouble oh but my state tax went on this card no problem my name second on it the exact same way as my fed taxes but the big check is missing?

missing money
my husband and i filed jointly and bluebird excepted our state tax, but denied my federal income tax. now it's like it is a waiting game. they say they could not except my federal tax because my name and social was not first. they put me on hold for over an hour, stating they needed to look into it. that was a joke! all they keep repeating is the same thing over and over and over,even though my husband is head of household i should not put his name and social first if i want to get my return deposited. now i have to wait for irs to contact to see what happens next.
why would they except my joint state return and not my joint federal return.

fraud
they closed my account and i had reported so much fraud and identtity theft and now are holding my funds and will not give them back.they are a joke and im out to file charges for all they have cost me.

Bluebird will steal your money
Used the card successfully for a few months then noticed fraudulent charges. I called, reported the fraud and was assured it would be taken care of and a replacement card was on the way. The next day, my account is locked and I get an email saying my claim was denied. I'm in California, the card was used to buy train tickets overseas but my claim is denied? I am in California how can I be on a train overseas. I call again and am told how sorry they are but " we are still screwing you out of your money". Terrible company, they must make a fortune scamming people out of their hard earned money.
