No customer support !!!
We used American Bancard for quite a long time, but then decided to switch to a better company. We have been told that their policy allows them to keep the money we had on their account for 10(!) more months. We have waited those months, and when they passed, we received nothing!!!!! They did not give us a cent back!!! I am going to file a lawsuit, because the sum we had there was too big to leave it like that to them!!!!!!! Can't anyone get normal customer service anymore??????
