This shop is an online fraud

I ordered a couple of labels from this shop way back in May 2014. After about a month I emailed the company asking about my order. Their response was the order would come soon. A month later I sent another e-mail complaining that my order was taking far too long. The response was rude, they actually called me names, said they were too busy to deal with my requests, etc. It is now November 2014, I know I will never receive this order.
