Scam customers and Steal their information to get credit cards. Marie Carmel Jean is his wife and she's a con artist, ripping people off and overcharged them for services. They have no education and knowledge about Finance, Income Tax services, Immigration and all services they rendered at their office. Stay away from them.
Now he's doing Haitian radio to scam more people and try to steal from them.
