refund

hello,

please help me kong paano kong ma kuha yon pera na binayad ko sa ticket namin kasi may insurance din kami noong binili namin yong ticket, una sa lahat naka book ako fro, kalibo to manila noong agust 14 at around 6:40 siguro yon na umaga hindi ko gid mas yadong sure yong time but around that time, before august 14 may tumawag sa akin while I'm dreving the car ang sabi at papalitan daw nila yong time ng flight namin kasi daw cancel daw yong para sa time na naka booking na sa amin so sila nalang daw ang mag cancel at ililipat nalang nila sa time na 9:40 or somewere 9:45 on august 14 pa rin so sabi ko kasi mag dadrive nga ako ng car ok lang kako, so before pa august 14 pumunta ako sa kalibo booking ng airphil sabi ko ipapacancel ko yong booking namin tatlo kasi may sakit yong anak ko hindi nalang kami tutuloy papuntang manila, isang babae nag assest sa akin dyan sa kalibo at sabi sige ayusin natin, nagpakilalla ako sa kanya at kinansel nya yong booking ko, sabi ko sa kanya ang lahat kong bakit at sino ang nag booking sa akin at wala sa akin ang original na ticket kasi yong ng booking sa akin ay yong friend ko sa manila kasi that time ay nasa canada pa ako at sya ang pinakuha ko ng ticket ko kasi masmadali lang kasi sa computer lang sya mag pa book at mag babayad make the story short na cancel na nya at biniyan nya ako nitong code or what ever man ito, kasi hindi ko din makuha yong pera kasi yong vesa na ginamit noong magbayad ay sa friend ko at wala din ako original na ticket doon sa pag rebook nila kasi tinawagan lanag nila ako sa cell phone ko, sabi nong babae na nag assest sa akin ay ibigay mo itong code na ito sa friend mo na nag bayad ng ticket mo noong kasi para mairefund sa kanya pabalik yong pera pero hindi na boung pera na bayad nya noon yan ang sabi nya tapos sabi ang maibalik lang daw sa kanya ay around 2,700 lang sabi ok lang, tinanong ko sya kong saan ba pweding pumunta para makuha yong refund sabi nya ay dapat daw sa airport sa office ng airphil, sabi kong pwedi dyan nalang sa kalibo kasi uuwi yong friend ko sa august kataposan sabi ok lang daw bastat dahin lang yong binigay nya sa aking code na yon, so dumating yong friend ko at nag punta doon sa kalibo sa office ng airphil at naka usap nya doon ay lalaki at pati ako ay nakausap ko din yong lalaki at inexplain ko din kanya at nag ok din yong lalaki kasi lang that time at hindi na dala ng friend ko yong original na ticket at yong ang hinihanap ng lalaki at sinabi ko din sa kanya na walang akong ticket or kaming ticket sa pngalawa kasi mismong office ng airphil ang nag cancel at sila din ang nagbooking ulit kaya wala akong copy ng ticket, pero yong friend ko may copy sya doon na unang ticket na binili, kaso lang that time ay babalik na ang friend ko papuntang manila kong saan ang copy ng ticket nya ay nasa manila ay sabi pa sa kanya sige pwedi mo naman sa manila nalang irefund pag dating mo or kong kailan mo dahil yong ticklet sa office yong sang sabi ng lalaki sa kanya, so anyway ngayon mag punta na yong friend ko doon sa manila office para makuha yong pera or maibalik sa account nya pero hindi daw nakuha kasi daw na finalize na at maraming pang tanon kong sino daw ba yong nakausap kong babae sa kalibo na nag sabi sa akin na pweding irefund, sa totoo lang hindi ko alan kong sino ang name nya pero siguro kong makikita nyo naman yan sa computer nyo kong sino ang ng process nag cancellation ko sa kalibo hindi na ako pweding bumalik dyan para ayusin ko ito at malaman ko kong anong name noong babae na nag assest sa akin kasi andito na ako sa canada at andyan naman yong friend ko syang original na kumuha ng ticket namin, bakit ba napaka gulo naman nitong refund ay mayroon na nga akong code na yong ay katunayan na pweding na mairefund yong pera paunta doon sa friend na syang kumuha ng ticket ko, tapos ngayon ang dami pang tanong sa bawat punta mo sa office kong iba namang tao ang mag assest sa iyo iba namang nag tanong at hinhanap sa iyo, bakit wala ba yan dyan sa computer nyo na note kong ano dapat ang napausapan noong unang taong nakipag usap para sa sunod yon nalang ang sundo para masmadali ang processing ng refund hindi na pa iba-iba ang tanong at hinahanap, mag bayad naman ako ng insurance noong kinuha naming nag ticket na yan. please help me

Correction of Family Name

Good Day,

I booked an hour ago round trip ticket to Cebu-Hongkong and HongKong- Cebu with reservation code ZIEBUL via online calls and we pay through credit card VISA, i talk one of your agent then he heard wrong family name, Instead of JOSEPH TAN SY he heard JOSEPH PANCY, i notice late after he email me the eticket. I would like to change the correct one ASAP before the flight schedule On October 29, 2012 monday Cebu- Hongkong and returned Nov. 2, 2012 Hongkong-Cebu.

booking error deducted to my credit card

gud am sir and madam! nagpabook po kami nung oct 23 to manila to butuan, butuan to manila kaso pagkasubmit namin ng payments nagbooking error kaya inulit po namin kaso booking error p rin po. walang confirmation pero nagbawas po sa credit line ko. 2mawag kmi sa customercare d2 dw kmi magcomplaint. pwd po ba pkivoid pra bumalik ung credit line ko! ganun din po ang ngyari kahapon.

double payment charge to my credit card

Hi Airphil, can you please verify my payment of online booking from CLARK TO PPS, Dec.1 to Dec 5, I've checked my credit card transaction history and i've notice that the payment charge was doubled.

Ticket Refund

Good day,

This is regarding the booking I made online dated October 6, 2012, I thought that the ticket has not pushed through since I haven't received any confirmation at the end of the transaction. But upon receiving my credit card bill the transaction on the said date was charge. I am demanding for a refund for the said transaction since it is clear that the transaction was cancelled due to " error" as it appears at the end of the transaction. So in this matter I believe that I haven't made any transaction and it is fair for me to refund the full amount amounting to P 1,979.00.

Connecting flight to PAL

Good afternoon this is regarding of our booking from Zamboanga to Cebu on April 18, 2013 with RSVN code NLUQCE since there was changes of our flight schedule we were advised to have a connecting flight from Zamboanga- Manila & Manila- Cebu our problem is that our Manila-Cebu flight will transfer to PAL so we have to pay for our terminal fee since you have changed of

NUEVA , dapat po MR TOMPIKKO ACE T. NUEVA. dahil po seguro sa pagmamadali ko sa pag type na pindot ko po P na dapat O kasi po magkatabi lang cla.

Double Transaction Charges

Just this day, I applied through an on-line booking for a round-trip flight going to Roxas City from Manila for the period April 25, 2013 to April 28, 2013. During the entire session there appears the notation that my transaction was not successful due to internet interruption and/or malfunction. As such, transaction was not completed. After waiting for an hour, I tried to rebook again assuming that since there is no complete transaction that transpired, and there, the second try was successfully completed. At the time I have to print a copy of my transaction through my email account, I found out that there was two transactions being charged in the same flights/duration. Hence, this is a call for cancellation of the one transaction/booking I'd made considering that it is only one and the same travel. Thank you for your attention

Online Booking

Perfectible customer service. Fraudulent behavior

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am contacting your good office with a warring and sorry tale of poor customer service and future lost business. I have made a number of booking via you web site on my credit card over the last month. A booking on the 14 February and two bookings on the 21 of February went through without any problem at all. I have tried to make a further booking for 4 flights on your web site today. The transaction went through OK with a pending transaction on my credit card. I have since received an email saying that my credit card was rejected and that I will have to go to Makati to pay and the credit card will be reimbursed. The credit card has plenty of credit and is not blocked. I rang up to try and get answers and received no help. You staff were just repeating the same thing over and over without checking anything. They put me on hold for ridicules amounts of time and then came back repeating the same incorrect info. When I asked for their name the phone just went dead. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. No one can tell me why they took my money from my credit card and why I have to pay again and get the credit card reimbursed. I have made 4 calls over the last two hours trying to get this sorted out and got nowhere except using up 500Php on my phone credit.

We are a new company that will be flying regularly between Manila and Kalibo. This is a significant amount of business that you will never get back. I need this sorted out ASAP. The booking number is DYIRHL. Tickets 212170912556, 57, 58 and 59.

I expect your good office will advance this to the correct people to sort out today.

May we clarify that all credit card transactions with our online booking facility are still subject to review and final confirmation of the company's policies and procedures, notwithstanding the electronic ticket issuance. For further queries on the credit card, please coordinate with your credit card issuing bank. We can only hope for your understanding on the matter.

Nonetheless, you may still avail your reservations by using cash payment or an alternative credit card by visiting any of our Ticket Offices. You may also call our Reservations Hotline at (02) 855 9000 for further assistance.

My response again

Pao,

This is an unacceptable response. The credit card has worked OK 3 times over the last month with your web site. Why is it not recognized now. This is the same response that I have received over and over but is not acceptable. Why did the first 3 transactions work ok and this one fail with this response. Has anyone bothered to manually check this. I don’t think you have. I don’t have another credit card. If you take any money from my account after saying that this has failed then it will be considered a fraudulent transaction and I will have no other option then to complain to the police. If you can’t book the flight with the card you can’t take the money. 15 to 30 working days is not acceptable. If you take my money you are issuing the tickets. You cannot take my money and not issue the ticket as this is fraud and I will pursue you over this. I suggest you take another look into this, AND NOW.


And you think this is how to run a business. You have lost a lot of future business due to the disgusting lack of customer service. How dare you take my money then say you will nor accept my credit card, cancel my tickets and say it will take 15 to 30 working days to return my money. THAT IS FREUD. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. I WILL CONTINUE TO ADD BAD REVIEWS ON THE INTERNET WARNING OTHER OF YOUR INCOMPREHENSIBLE DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES. You are the losers in this ,not me. No one wanted to help. No one cared. People in your call center refused to give there names and put me on hold while they did nothing. I don't want your tickets now even if you fix up YOUR ERROR. I would rather pay 10 times more then fly with you.
