CLOSED HOTEL

Good day Air Asia

Firstly, thank you for taking your time reading this and thank you so much for providing cheap flight like your tag "Now, everybody can fly"

What happend today to me, is really UNACCEPTABLE. Let me brief you what happened.

I have successfully booked your AirAsiaGo package on Friday, March 2nd, 2012. The flight will be fly to Siem Reap on May 30, 2012 and return on June 3rd, 2012. Together with the flight, i also booked accomodation at Aroma Daily Guest House for 4 nights. The total price of MYR468.00 already charged to my card. The booking confimation number is 808313.

Today on May 28, 2012 at 3:18pm, my tour guide called and informed me the hotel is already closed since last month. Can you imagine how dissapointed i am?

You just imagine this if:

1) i have reached Siem Reap, and only to find out myself the hotel already closed. In the middle of Siem Reap which is not my country (it is not Penang or Melaka ok) AND i don't have place to stay?

2) imagine a girl tourist in the middle of unfamiliar city, no place to stay? Where can i go? Where can i stay and find myself a hotel or place to overnight?

Just imagine the above situation happened to you.

I demand an explanation, why Air Asia GO did not inform me, as a customer? I have paid for your service (remember that!). Just remember that my flight will be on Wednesday, first flight in the morning and i ONLY knew this on Monday? Another 2 days before my trip?

I have called your customer service and lucky me, Kumary attended to my problem. Thanks to her. BUT this is not good enough.

Don't you (Air Asia GO) supposed to monitor the hotels under your package and if anything happened to those, you should at least has some courtesy to inform customer.

Please give me explanation on this. As a customer which has paid your service, i demand an explanation how can this happened to the best "Syarikat Penerbangan Murah"?

How do you want to make up to this mess.

Fyi, i also have sent email earlier on the replacement via my other email. Please attend to it SUPER URGENTLY and reply to me as soon as possible and has some courtesy to call me. You have all my informations if you looks at the booking confirmation (# 808313). Please treat that as top priority.

For summary, the following are your action items which i expect it will come first thing in the morning.

1) Attend to my email sent on the replacement hotel.

2) An explanation why Air Asia Go did not inform me as customer on the hotel issue?

3) What can you do to make up to this mess?

Again i called to ask update and still no update as at 11.26am. they keep saying sorry and will do their best. Your sorry and your best is not good enought for me. Get the mess you created resolve. Thats all i want! I am flying off tomorrow without place to stay!

Refund not received

I have booked flight & hotel with AirasiaGo.com for lombok from 4th Feb to 8th Feb 2015. But on 16th Jan 2015, informed by AirAsia flight cancellation. Flight cost was refunded
later but until now hotel accomodation cost was still not refunded even after many e-form was corresponded. No reply from AirAsiaGo.com.
It was not my fault for cancellation of journey, they have collected full payment from me for reservation. So, I presume when they cancelled flight, all refund will be return automatically.
Indeed, I have lost trust in their efficency & responsibility to deliver.
I have lost time & money for this irresponsibility by AirAsiaGo.com.

I hope the concern party would looked into this matter urgently.
