Reservation

Bad service and the support team is so rude ... I have faced problem with my card and needed to change my card detail ,, I contacted them and they provided me a new link couples of hours later I tried to provide my card but my booking was cancelled as they claimed it was not confirmed ... While they deducted small amount to assure the booking . Anyway I contacted them they simply answered back to find another hotel room as I mentioned to them that they didn't provide any deadline .... Our vacation was cancelled because of their cheating and not being clear enough
