Do not posses the papers of the car!

I want to share my story too!
I have purchased a car from Advance Auto Sales in February 2014, and I had to take it home without papers because they were missing the day I came to pick up the car. I also didn't have the number plate yet, but since I live not so far away, I decided to take a shot, and the car is safe in my garage right now.
So needless to say – it's been almost 4 months, and I still do not posses the papers, nor the number plates, nor I can drive the car! This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!
They are a total scam! I need help!!!!!!
