Addleshaw, Bird, & Mitchell is a scam!

Addleshaw, Bird, & Mitchell sent me a letter stating that I won some money and that I had to pay $20-25 arrangement cost to get it. I've paid them three times, but I never saw my money. All I keep getting are the same letters. This is ridiculous! Obviously a fraud! Addleshaw, Bird, & Mitchell are scumbags, I'm not paying them a penny more!

I received a Disbursement Advisory Letter from Addleshaw, Bird & Mitchell, located at PMB 130, 1 Hewitt Square, East Northport, NY 11731, indicating I had been confirmed as the winner of a cash award by A.B.M. THIS IS NOT AN ERROR. Your Cash Award has been Registered in our payments office and you are further certified for procurement of advisory Folio to access the amount so entered below left. ***$2,997,500.00***.

Letter states: On November 21st, 2013, You were confirmed by a Data Audit for Receipt of a check issued in your name, and this Guaranteed payment has been registered, pending timely receipt of your claim filing pursuant to the deadline and posted disclosures herein. This is the only notice you will receive and failure to file on or before the deadline will void any and all payments due from this official notification. You are instructed to Complete, Sign and mail the Enclosed Folio Release Document for receipt in our payments office on or before the close of business on December 5TH, 2013.
* Confirm your identity as the rightful claimant by affixing your signature on the folio release document.
* Complete the requested information and place document and folio release registrant fee in the priority envelope. Affix postage
& mail before deadline.
Please note that no taxes are withheld from award payments. A.B.M. is not responsible for any tax liabilities for amounts won, up to including the $2,997,500.00 multiple payor funds distribution(s).

I replied by signing the Folio Release documents utilizing the envelop provided by Priority mail on November 26, 2013. However, I have not received any response.

Interestingly, my husband received the exact same letter. Google couldn't find address and a lot of scam comments on website.

I have recieved letters just as the complaints above! I have 6 from this address in Kew Gardens, NY and the amounts are for:
$1,921,064.27 send $25.00
$2,201,071.00 send $25.00
$3,145,176.00 send $20.00
$3,175,536.00 send $20.00
$1,887,299.00 send $25.00
$3,054,263.00 send $20.00
The documents are all different and envelopes are also different looking however the address is the same. I have recieved these all in the last week.
I have also received one from the same company in 169 Commack Rd.Ste H, PMB 503,Commack,NY 11725 for:
$1,560,000.00 send $25.00
Another one from the same company in PMB 410, 176-25 Union Tpke,Fresh Meadows, NY 11366 for:
$2,997,500.00 send $25.00
Lastly I received one notice from the same company in PMB 130, 1 Hewitt Square, East Northport, NY 11731 for:
$2,997,500.00 send $20.00 I did send a MO for the amount and have received no word since. Except these additional letters IN THE MAIL. CAN YOU IMAGINE THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THESE SCAM ARTISTS ARE MAKING?????? Mail Fraud I'm thinking

Scam or Truth

I have got a similar email from Addleshaw, Bird and Mitchel asking for $20 more in order to be sent a check for $2,997,500 in favor of me.
I have already paid $20 for the sweepstake award of $15K. The award has not come to me yet.
After reading the reports , I am convinced that the letter is fake.
The Consumer Council should not sleep on it.

I RECIEVED THIS LETTER LAST WEEK AND WAS CONCIDERING SENDING THE 20.00 DOLLARS REQUESTED FOR RELEASE OF MY PRISE TILL I LOOKED ON THE WEB AND SAW ALL THESE COMPLAINTS OF FRAUD AGAINST THIS GROUP . I AM GLAD I LOOKED FIRST ! TWENTY DOLLARS IS HARD TO COME BY FOR FOLKS LIKE ME WHO ARE RAISING FOUR OF THEIR GRANDCHILDREN . IS ANYONE GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ? PLEASE STOP THEM !

TURN BACK TO GOD

I think all of these SCAM ARTIST ARE ALL IN WITH ALL OF OUR CONGRESSMEN AND SENATORS IN OUR WHITEHOUSE.
THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW AND DO NOTHING ABOUT LITTLE PROBLEMS ALSO SMALL THINGS LIKE ILLEGALS COMING INTO AMERICA.. NO OTHER COUNTRY IN THE WORLD ALLOWS THIS. tRY MEXICO AND GET LOCKED UP BUT WE LET THEM ROAM HERE , SEND THEM TO SCHOOL,FEED THEM, GIVE THEM DRIVERS LICENSE W/O INSURANCE, ETC. AND THEN LET THEM VOTE. AMERICA HAS TURNED ITS BACK ON GOD. DO YOU THINK OUR COUNTRY IS IN TROUBLE???
