gamers, scam alert!!! BEWARE!!!
Oh my God what a scam!! I purchased an account from them using paypal and received nothing. They don’t respond to anything – neither emails nor live support chat. Avoid at all costs!

They delivered, all is good. Will buy from again!
Wanted to update this complaint for everyone. I actually dealt with accountgear, they are different companies apparently.
Anyway, the problem here was they delivered to my paypal email address which I don't check. They delivered to me actually within about a hour after I ordered. I didn't realize that my old email was still the primary email on my paypal account.
Anyway all is good and I will be buying from them again!
