Never paid me for the cards
Sice I had many gift cards that I did not need, I decided to exchange them for a bit of cash. I had to send them by postal service to this company, and after they would pay me for them. I never received any money that I was promised. Moreover, the sum which was promised to me has changed.

Poor Customer Service - Won't Use Again
I've been purchasing gift cards from Cardpool.com since April and I've had nothing but a positive experience. THe cards are delivered quickly and everything has been accurate. So, I decided to try one of their competitors ABC GIFTCARDS because they offered another percentage point off on a card. This turned out to be a mistake. ABC Giftcards took 10 days to send me the card. I usually receive Cardpool cards within 4-5 days max. When I complained to ABC Giftcards customer service they chastised me for not considering a 2 day website shutdown and that I ordered the card on a weekend. They sarcastically apologized for any inconvience. This attitude insures that I will never purchase from them again.

Got stuck with fraud cards
I recently ended up with 4 $25 Subway cards and 1 $50 Corner Bakery card which were fraudulently obtained and the companies rescinded the balance, leaving me out $150.00. ABC only has a 45 day guarantee, and it takes them at least 2 weeks to get the cards to me, eating into the 45 days. They need to do a better job of vetting their sellers.
