800notes is just a gimick website to attract people to it as a Reverse Phone Directory, but it is infact just a place anyone can go write anything they want about a unwanted call, just to vent about it. Trolls have increased over the years and now a handful roam the place as moderators and cyber bully anyone they want, without repercussions. The trolls have developed a "shill" game they play with the bullies and anyone can join in. Pick a side, be a troll/shill, a victim of phone abuse or join in on the shill attack along side them. registration is not required, but makes joining the bully gang ups much more fun and you will remain in the game longer per session.
