Mistaken and erroneous payment

Dear Sirs,
On January 27th this year I ordered CBA*Systweak cleverbridge. But instead of paying for it once, I payed SEK 335,71 and then I payed SEK 319,42 three times more; the reason is that I got the impression by my computer that the first payment didn´t work.
So I ask you to return the exceeding money to my credit card, with which I have payed for this service. Please send me an email that this is OK and when it is done. Thanks in advance!

I had tried to use your products and after many times of trying to get it install I called your help desk and spoke with a young man named Abhalu. He tried several times to install the product and worked on other ways for me to try it still with no success. He suggested I take my computer to a shop and have it checked out. He said he would remove the charges for the product since it would not work. I received the charges on my credit card bill so I went online and submitted a request for a refund, but as of today have not received one. Please advise me of the status of this refund or the next steps to be taken. Thank you Mike sy

inappropiate charge

I called the systweak co. to cancel my order because their product does not work properly, and demanded a refund to my bank account. This was gladly done and completed. But a few hours later in the day, they took the money right back! This is outright theft and a sneaky, stealthy law breaking scam. Something must be done immediately!

Fraud, CBA Systweak stole my money

CBA Systweak is the company, using cyber attack to attack the personal PC. They charged to my Master Card $59.90 twice, and it didn't solve the problem. I just want to give everybody warning. Be careful, when the message showing in your computer, don't let them trick you. I may need to report to ABC 20/20 to let everybody know. I also report to my credit card company for the dispute
of charge.

Il giorno 15 marzo 2014 ho effettuato, tramite carta di credito, il pagamento di 23,74 euro per il caricamento di un softer "miracoloso" che avrebbe dovuto risolvere i problemi del mio PC. A tutt'oggi non mi è ancora pervenuta la chiave d'accesso per poter utilizzare il prodotto che, ogni volta che uso il PC mi chiede di eliminare tutti i problemi del mio PC e, alla richiesta della chiave di accesso mi mollla in quanto non ne posseggo la disponibilità. Volete provvedere a:
1) inviarmi il codice per l'accesso;

Unauthorised Charges

Why did you charge me for something which i never bought and bill to my credit card on 21 Oct 2016. I already inform my credit company of you fraudalent charges and not going to pay for it. I will a police report if you charge to my card again.
