RUST AND PAINT PEELING

We also have a Kenmore Elite that has extensive rust and the paint has peeled off on the inside.
I contacted SEARS about it and got the run around. I am beyond frustrated with this.
The washer is only 3 years old and my wife takes very good care of it.
