Cancellation Policy

We signed up for 411.ca and tried the service to see whether there was a significant improvement to our visibility in the community and increased business activity. After more than a year, we realized it was not a valuable use of our funds. We tried to cancel. First, we called and they said we had to wait until someone called us back. No call came. We then emailed them requesting the services be cancelled. They said we had to talk to someone on the phone. They called and offered a deal with a free month and 50% off the second month, increased service to our ad and if we still weren't happy, they would waive their 30 day cancellation notification fee. We still didn't like it and saw no benefit to our business so we emailed them to cancel immediately. We received an email back saying we needed to talk and they would call and they wouldn't waive the cancellation fee. This happened during the time my mother passed away. I didn't see this email and no one called me. So, I am thinking it has been cancelled. We recently discovered that 411.ca was still charging us each month! I have now been able to cancel the service but they would not refund the past 3 months of fees they took without our permission.

411.ca scammed me

just like other being scammed by 411.ca . i am also being scammed . i specifically told the sales agent that i will try them for a month . i was told u can cancel any time and no charges. today when i called them asked to cancel i was told they will charge me for one more month and was mention oh the first email they sent had this policy. i should have check the review first but was honey trapped by them. i cancel my credit card right a way and i will report them to BBB and government bodies why would such business be let run and make there customers fools.
