GoodLife Personal Training

I joined your gym with the idea of doing some personal training. I finally got in to do an assessment and talk about Personal Training. It was a perfect way to try out the PT and see if I like the trainer and the program. I was introduced to 4 phases personal training program, which I found suitable for me, resulting in my decision to sign up for it. A few weeks into the program I found out that my PT (Josh) is no longer working at the gym, and I was assigned another trainer (Mohamed). I had to go through working out a new program with the new trainer. After 3 weeks of trying I found out I was assigned another trainer PT (Saeed) because Mohamed had quit. Naturally I had to start from the beginning with my new trainer. The constant switching of trainers really didn't inspire me to go to the gym, not to mention the time wasted for the new trainer to get to know me and to create a program that I have to follow. I'm upset because I didn't even get a call from Goodlife, to inform me that the trainer quit! Not even once!!! Few weeks later i showed up on a scheduled time for my personal training session. Walking around the gym looking for my PT (Saeed). An hour later I was told that he got fired. I went to talk to PT Manager (Osador Agbontaen). I raised my concern and asked him to give me my money back for the sessions that I didn't take. I was promised by PT Manager (Osador Agbontaen) that the new trainer (Alfred) would be my trainer until I finish my program. Two weeks later I show up at the scheduled time and next thing you know, PT Manager (Osador Agbontaen) told me that the trainer got fired! Again I was told the same thing as he told me when the previous PT quit. He offered me another trainer and I refused to sign up for the fifth time. I asked him to return the money that I paid Goodlife for personal training and he told me that he has no authority to do that that I need to talk to Rasha. I spoke to Rasha and she told me that that is not her department and she suggested to talk to you. It's been over a month since I've been going back and forth trying to find the right person to talk to resolve this issue. It seems like anyone at Goodlife has authority to sign up members for personal training but when there is a problem, there is no one who can resolve it. Long story short, I lost trust in Goodlife. All I want is to resolve this matter. So I ask them to reimburse the money that I paid Goodlife for Personal Training Program and if I do not receive a satisfactory response from them within 10 days of the date of the letter, I intend to issue proceedings against GoodLife in a court without further notice.

In addition to all this report them to Ministry of Consumer Services and they taking care of this

Call Ministry of Consumer Services explain than your situation and they will advise you. Don't let they to screw you.
