Useless Company

Pre ordered flowes to be delivered to a town in Thailand on March 10th and paid for it via PayPal, received the email saying order being processed and everything is fine! I've had deliveries before of other companies, so I know flowers can be delivered there.
By 3pm I emailed them to say to send a confirmation once flowers were delivered, by 6pm another email to ask what's going on, then at 11pm I chatted online to a representative and she said needs to find out tomorrow what's happened!
I opened the case against them via PayPal as the flowers had not shown up by 11-30pm

This company takes your money and does not deliver the flowers when they say, in fact they don't deliver the flowers at all.

Do not use them or you will be disappointed and let down.
