unable to set up account
After receiving numerous emails from Golden Girl, and naively believing she could help me, I ignored my instinct telling me this was just another fraud. Golden Girl/ESP Chat now have my $24.00. I have received NOTHING in return.
In fact, I cannot even set up a user account. Message shown is nonsense.
"The user account has not been created: <br/>" - totally ridiculous to show HTML code, which means nothing to users (oh yes, that's right, I am NOT a user yet, ha-ha).
I am assured on your website that any issues I may have can be resolved by phoning the support line. Simply more nonsense!
I was put on hold, told that no one was available but to hold on or leave a msg. I chose to hold and eventually was put through to a voice msg, even though, I never did choose that option. I was content to wait on hold to get an answer to the user set up error msg or a refund of my $24.00. I did leave a voice msg, although, I have no expectation of a return call.
I now find myself joining the ranks of frustrated customers. I will continue to try to reach someone at this appalling "business". Where do scammers come from? Planet RIPOFF, I suppose.
FOR THE RECORD:
I DO/DID understand that all I would get for my money was a chat with someone during specific hours unless I purchased the "Inner Circle" membership. Hmmm...seems like I must have ESP myself. I did not take the bait. What do I want with another angle pin? They are sold at the Dollar Store, anyway.
Disgusted and disgruntled,

I was also scammed by this site, e-mails were sent to me by Golden Girl stating to want to be my friend and personal physic if I joined the Inner Circle. She even went as far as to tell me if I joined that she would give mind u I said GIVE me a one month's free she could garantee this. (BULL) When I went for my (ONE ON ONE CONSULTATION) with her which was on Feb. 4th 2013 at 10:30 pm I reminded her of this and she abrubtly shut down the session but not after telling me that she was going to contact customer service and I should do the same.I use everything I purchase on the internet with a prepaid card from wal-mart so I do not have to give a credit card, much to my surprise this company charged 49.95 to my card which in their e-mail response to me later was that I had already used my 10 minute free consultation with another physic. This was not the issue, the issue was that they charged me this outragious price for not even a minute with this physic. It was closed off way before a minute was even reached. The customer care e-mailed me and told me they billed me for a minute which was 4.99/ my card is showing 49.95. This is actually the cost of a 10 minute session which I never got!!! I really want my refund less the 4.99/
