Globe Limits
im having problems with this one i just use only 400mb of my internet
i just registered to supersurf200

I registered to supersurf200 like 1 or 2 days ago, and unfortunately I received a message from Globe telling me this:

Sino pa ba ang mga nag upgrade or nag purchase ng 3mbps DSL ng Globe tapos after ng upgrade sinabihan na 2.5mbps lng talaga ang max speed ? tapos tinatakot ng 5 thousand pesos early termination fee ? mag tipon tipon tayo at mag hanap tayo ng paraan na malaman ang ating karapatan bilang consumers.

Paying bills without internet connection
On July 9,2014, I let my sister in-law applied for Globe Internet Connection ( Plan1299) through their agent William Dungca:
on the same date, the internet connection was installed , however they notice that the signal is perennially low. also there was a defect in the land line included in the same said plan, on July 25,2014 William Dungca went back at our residence upon lodging our complaint relative to the aforementioned issues; William Dungca left our house bringing with him the Modem and landline, he mentioned that he will be back the following Monday,unfortunately he never returned back since then and they couldn't contact him in the cell phone he provided, September 2014 they reported the incident in the customer service provider by globe Despite reporting the incident to globe, they continue to receive monthly bills in relation to internet connection, and when my sister went to check the said issue in Tarlac, main office of Globe/regarding to them that William Dungca is not registered agent of Globe/ the question is how could it be possible that they have the record in their Data if his is not a registered agent of Globe? they never used the internet no Modem in our house, so ??? yes globe that absolutely unsatisfied performance of your service
